Glebe House - Hillside Cottage - The Burgage - The Coach House

Glebe House B&B

Lovingly restored and decorated to a very high standard, this period property with medieval vaulted ceilings and many original details, sits within its own walled gardens overlooking the ancient church of St Madoc. First mentioned as a Rectory in 1352, painstakingly restored to it's former glory using lime based mortars, plasters and paints, this house is full of character and interest. Glebe Hose is situated in the heart of the village of Nolton.

Within the grounds we have a good size gravel car park.

All the bedrooms have lovely views, comfortable beds, digital radios and a variety of books to fill in those quieter moments. We have five bedrooms in Glebe House which we have named after the local Islands:

Sitting rooms and Dining room

There is a pretty south facing sitting room for the guests to relax in with a welcome cup of tea and watch television or mull over the day. In the colder months the log burner is lit and this room becomes warm and cosey when the shutters are closed and the thick curtains drawn.

Breakfast is served in the elegant dining room, a fascinating room with its barrel wall and medieval vaulted ceiling. A full cooked breakfast or different dietary requirements are also catered for.

We can also provide lunch and evening meals - Lunch is usually a light meal, and guests may have the choice of a home cooked evening meal in the guesthouse or eating out at one of the many good pubs and restaurants nearby. (We do not always offer evening meals so you need to check with us first).

We would like to offer all our guests a very warm welcome and hope that you have a wonderful and memorable Holiday.
